I heart Jack ♥
Aarghhh!! It's been days since I turned on the computer I've NOT been interested at all..not even blogged our awesome day Monday. 13th..Jack Johnson day!!
Why?? Because I've been up on cloud 9 & I'm not coming back down! That's why! I've been living in my own little 'Jack Utopia' all week &
I'm very happy to be here. For the past 5 days I've been replaying & basking in Monday nights errm how can I put it and find the right words...Sorry no words, it's too hard..but here are some pics of the amazing man himself!! (sorry Jay it's not you this time)..
When he first walked out ...*yes I squealed with delight!*
Also, this album 'To the Sea' is full of songs (yet again!) written just for me..and It feels like Jack has put an end to a crapola of a year and filled me back up to the other me, the one that's been on a bit of a break..so yeah basically Mr Johnson, you've turned on a switch that nobody else could...just like the song ..

You can choose what you take why you gotta break & make it feel so hard".....
What does this mean..no more wasting time on 'other things' and time to concentrate on my own life now & also fully live in the now... My heart is 'full' again & I can do stuff on my own! Yeah I think I might be back! Only a better me..:)

Oh and another thing, how nice was it to lay up on the grassy hill with my beloved listening to Jack singing "better together"? again words can't express..
Another awesome night & we can't wait to see Jack singing live again..hubby also likes him now & we've been chatting about him and 'Zach' all week !!woohoooo!! ♥♥

a QUICK run down of the days events....
Got up super early..very excited today was finally here! Woopwoop!!
BIG thanks to our Sil & Bil for babysitting our 3 offspring..love love!!! And we will return the favour just say the time & place! More than happy!!
We get going after dropping the kids off and arrive really early which is great! Found our designated car parking area and walked along South Bank, crossed the Goodwill Bridge and up the little hill to wait in line where we hung around for 3 hours to get a good spot up the front near Jack..just like last time.
Hung around..smooched and ate lemon calypso's ♥ (as you do)....gates finally opened and in we ran! Jay went straight for the stage to get us a good spot & I stopped at one of the merchandise stalls and bought my little stash of goodies I'd bookmarked from the online shop..yay!!!
Went to the porta loo first because I knew it was going to be a loooong wait like last time waiting for Jack to come on the stage & like last time, I knew I'd not be moving after I'd secured my spot..porta loos...weird scary things..double check the door was locked and umm yeah..so glad that part was soon over not nice!!! ran down the hill over to Jay, we got closer to JACK this time but not against the barrier but second from it which was just as good, I got a really good head space straight through the 2 people in front of me..YAY!!!
The music pulsated through our bodies, was heaven!!! Ash Grunwald is an amazing guitar player his music rocked but Tegan & Sara hhmm....nah not my cup of tea. To me they seem like every other young group out there not to mention the chick who was standing beside me was a little bit insane, probably the same way I am about Jack I guess;D..thankfully after T&S were over she took off..
Then Mr Johnson walked out & the rest is freaking history.........
